Meet Our Founder
Brandon Armstrong
Founder/CEO - Dream Tide LLC
With over a decade of experience in direct support and program management, Brandon combines heartfelt compassion, hands-on expertise, and strategic leadership.
He began his career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Habitual Trainer Specialist (HTS), later serving as a Program Coordinator overseeing operations and compliance, and as a Certified Job Coach providing individualized support. Dream Tide LLC was born from his recognition of a critical need for consistency, quality, and insight in the support services sector.
Guided by the belief that “when opportunity meets preparation, success can easily be part of the equation,” Brandon leads by example—offering former clients meaningful employment in a safe and empowering environment.
Outside the office, Brandon enjoys woodworking, bringing the same precision and creativity to carpentry as he does to his leadership at Dream Tide.
